I believe that mind, body and lifestyle are closely connected, and I enjoy working with patients to make nutrition, regular movement and a balanced life the foundation of their well-being.As an osteopathic physician, I also provide Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy (OMT), using hands-on techniques to help diagnose, treat and prevent injury. I value bringing this comprehensive approach to healing directly into the office and tailoring care to each individual's needs.
