I pursued medicine because I wanted to help people become the healthiest version of themselves and support them through health challenges. Traveling in Central America and witnessing the difficulties people face in accessing care inspired me to take this path.I love family medicine because it allows me to build long-term relationships and care for entire families. I have specific expertise in osteopathic manipulation, women’s health and wilderness medicine.Over the years, many patients have thanked me for taking the time to truly listen. By doing so, I’ve been able to provide personalized care, help patients understand their health and partner with them to create plans that work best for their lives.Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, hiking, traveling and listening to music.
