As a cardiologist, I specialize in treating patients with adult congenital heart disease, pulmonary hypertension, valvular heart disease, genetic heart disease and adults with Down syndrome.I love helping patients and embracing the intellectual challenges of clinical medicine. My passion for science and my desire to help people led me to pursue a career in medicine.The most rewarding aspect of my job is assisting patients with complex problems and helping them feel better. I strive to educate patients and their families, empowering them to manage their health actively.Physicians should collaborate with patients rather than dictate treatment, working together to find the best possible solutions. I take pride in the lifesaving diagnoses I’ve made and always give my utmost effort to all my patients.I also enjoy teaching students, interns, residents and cardiology fellows about the heart.
